CANCELLATION AND REFUND CONDITIONS
For cancellations up to 90 days before the tour date, 10% of the tour cost will be deducted and the cancellation will be made.
For cancellations made up to 60 days before the tour date, 20% of the tour price is deducted and the cancellation is made.
For cancellations made 20 days before the tour date, the deposit received from the tenant during the reservation process is not refunded and 20% of the total tour price is deducted and the cancellation is made. However, the tenant has the right to use the canceled boat rental right to the next year. He can use this right on the same boat or on another boat.
For cancellations made 14 days before the tour date, the entire cost of the canceled tour is requested from the customer.
The refund to be made to the customer in tour cancellations is made within 30 days after the cancellation date.
In case of any legal obligation (curfew, travel ban, etc.) due to Covid 19 or if the customer has the covid 19 virus, the tour can be postponed or the fee refunded. However, the tenant must prove his situation to mavideyat.com with an official document.
In case the tenant delivers the yacht late, mavideyat.com has the right to charge an additional fee for the delayed time. If the lessee delivers the yacht before the date specified in the contract, he cannot request a refund of the rental fee for the period that he has not used the yacht.
FORCE MAJEURE:
In case of legal force majeure (such as fire, natural disasters, war, rebellion, etc.), the period until the disappearance of force majeure and its consequences will be added to the periods in the provisions of this contract. If this period exceeds the rental price, the contract will automatically terminate. Mavide Yacht has no responsibility in this case.
